Refund policy

At Locked Wear, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy under the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • You provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order details.

Once your return request is approved, send the parcel to the following address:

Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item to prevent damage during transit.

3. Inspection of Returned Items

After we receive your returned parcel, our team will carefully inspect the item to verify its condition and ensure it meets our return requirements.

Once the inspection is complete, we will proceed according to your preferred resolution:

  • Refund (if approved)
  • Exchange (subject to product availability)
  • Replacement (if the item is defective or incorrect)

If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return and send the item back to the customer.

4. Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed after the inspection is completed.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or another product, please mention this when submitting your return request.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Used, worn, or washed items
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items returned after the 7-day return period

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
