  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any promotional offers, such as Free Shipping, will be clearly mentioned on our website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number (where available) via email, SMS, or WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.
